No repositories are visible
Check whether the GitHub App is installed on the right account or organization and whether the installation includes the repositories you expect. If the app is scoped to selected repositories, newly added repositories may still need to be included.
Data appears delayed
Short delays can be normal, especially during first sync or when ActionWatch is loading enough recent history to make dashboards useful. If the data remains stale longer than expected, check whether a setup or sync status notice is present in the product.
Backfill is still in progress
This is usually expected right after connecting ActionWatch to a new repository set. The product should make it clear that ActionWatch is still syncing instead of leaving you to infer that from empty dashboards.
Operator-only surfaces are missing
That is normal for most users. Operator and support flows are intentionally narrower than normal dashboard and alert experiences.
When to ask for help
If the install scope looks right, your GitHub identity should have access, and ActionWatch still looks empty or stale after a reasonable sync window, share the affected account or organization, example repositories, and what you expected to see with support.

Jump from the docs into the app.
If you already have the GitHub App installed, open ActionWatch now and start with real data. If not, install the app first and come right back.
