ActionWatch only shows repositories when two things are true:
- The GitHub App installation includes the repository.
- Your signed-in GitHub identity is allowed to use that installation and see that repository in ActionWatch.
Why a repository may not appear yet
- The GitHub App is not installed on that organization or personal account.
- The installation is limited to selected repositories and the repository is not included.
- Your GitHub user is not allowed to use the organization installation.
- ActionWatch is still loading the first useful slice of GitHub Actions history.
What to check first
- Confirm the GitHub App is installed on the correct account or organization.
- Confirm the installation includes the repository you care about.
- Confirm you signed into ActionWatch with the GitHub account that should have access.
- Give the initial sync a little time if the install just happened.
If those checks look right and the repository still does not appear, head to Troubleshooting.

If you already have the GitHub App installed, open ActionWatch now and start with real data. If not, install the app first and come right back.
